The Otago Chamber of Commerce needed a unique stage layout for the band and entertainment groups performing for the Westpac Otago Business Awards ceremony on the 13th November 2020
Safesmart Access worked with United Scaffolding to come up with a design that worked in the space on the stage. The Dunedin Town Hall provided a unique backdrop and a few logistical challenges including the dead weight of the scaffold being limited due to the wooden stage structure and access being limited.
The results was a very unique modular stage system for the band to play on, with various members spaced out across the scaffold and large LED screens mounted between giving the appearance of the band members ‘floating’.
